Our Beam Erector project in Mexico has successfully completed the first span erection of 8 girders, marking the successful delivery of our 11th project in the Mexican market.

This project presented an 8.9% super transverse slope—an unprecedented challenge and a recognized industry difficulty. The steeper the slope, the harder the leveling, with exponentially higher demands on stability, structural integrity, and precision. Additionally, the 50-meter span results in a cantilever length exceeding 50 meters during hole crossing. Ensuring no tipping, no instability, and precise girder placement became the critical technical hurdle.

Our technical team conducted multiple cross-border meetings with the client, repeatedly simulating and calculating based on site conditions. The final solution adopted our patented Beam Erector, equipped with a specially designed leveling leg system to address the extreme slope, ensuring stability and safety from a structural perspective.

Experienced after-sales engineers remained on-site, tracking every detail from assembly to the first girder lift, providing hands-on training. This professional commitment of "equipment on site, service from the heart" earned high recognition from the client.

The numbers—8.9% slope, 50m cantilever, 11th project—speak volumes about our growing technical depth and service reputation in overseas markets. Moving forward, we will remain customer-oriented and technology-driven, delivering innovative solutions for global engineering construction.
