  〓 EQUIPMENT PROFILE  

To meet the on-site construction demands during the erection process of kiloton-level high-speed railway box girders, we have also specially designed high-capacity lifting equipment, including rail-mounted gantry cranes, and tire-type Straddle carriers. These are complemented by bridge erection machines and beam transport vehicles, significantly enhancing work efficiency and meeting the varied girder erection requirements across different work conditions.

The large-tonnage hoisting machine is one of the pivotal pieces of equipment we have engineered. It boasts high load-bearing capacity and stability, effortlessly handling the lifting requirements of kiloton-level high-speed railway box girders. The precision control system and flexibility of the hoisting machine ensure the safety and accuracy of the construction process.

The rail-mounted gantry crane is another critical asset. It can maneuver flexibly on rails, covering a wide range and catering to girder lifting needs at different positions and heights. The height and span of the gantry crane can be adjusted according to the actual conditions of the site, ensuring construction flexibility and efficiency.

The tire-type Straddle carrier plays an important role in on-site construction. It features fast movement and flexible adjustment, enabling operation in narrow construction site spaces and facilitating the transportation and layout of girders.
