  〓 PRODUCT FEATURES  

Maximum grouting pressure 6MPa, adjustable flow (0.5~5m³/h), equipped with spiral stirring to prevent sedimentation;

Using wear-resistant plunger pump, ultra-fine cement slurry or epoxy resin can be injected;

Intelligent pressure control, automatic pressure maintenance to prevent backflow.

  〓 MAIN PURPOSE  

Filling prestressed channels, isolating steel strands from contact with air and moisture, and preventing rust.

  〓 APPLICATION SCENARIOS  

Grouting of cable-stayed bridge towers, sealing of prefabricated T-beam channels, and anti-corrosion of underground continuous wall anchor cables.

  〓 INSTALLATION POINTS  

The slurry water-cement ratio is strictly prepared according to the specifications, and the channels are moistened before grouting;

Inject from the lowest grouting port, close the top exhaust hole after the thick slurry flows out, and maintain pressure for 3 minutes.
