Thanks to the efficient collaboration between our design, production, and quality control departments, several major equipment units manufactured for overseas projects have successfully completed all factory acceptance tests. These achievements lay a solid foundation for subsequent delivery, site installation, and construction, while demonstrating our comprehensive capabilities in large-scale engineering equipment manufacturing and strengthening our brand presence in international markets.
Mexico Project: DJ50150 Beam Erector Passes Factory TestOn January 16, under real-time remote supervision via video conference by the client and project owner, the DJ50150 beam erector—customized for a project in Mexico—successfully completed all factory tests at our testing facility.
Designed for the erection of 50-meter span girders weighing 150 tons, this unit represents the seventh beam erector of this type delivered by our company to the Mexican market. With advantages including high operational safety, convenient assembly, easy transportation, and strong adaptability to various working conditions, this product has earned continued recognition from multiple clients in Mexico.
To date, our single-girder launching gantries have been exported to more than 30 countries and regions, including South Korea, Greece, India, Malaysia, and Costa Rica.
India Project: JSHB40125 Double Truss Beam Erector Gains Client RecognitionOn January 26, in the presence of the project owner's representatives, the JSHB40125 double truss beam erector developed for an India project also successfully completed all factory tests.
Designed for the erection of 40-meter span girders weighing 125 tons, this equipment incorporates an innovative cantilever side-lifting beam system based on conventional structure. During side-lifting operations, the equipment's own structure serves as counterweight, eliminating the need for additional ballast. An automatic reverse-locking mechanism secures the counterweight, significantly improving both operational efficiency and safety.
Thanks to this unique design, the client has repurchased similar equipment for three consecutive years since 2023 for use in multiple key construction projects.
Mexico Supporting Equipment: 75-Ton Inverted Gantry Crane Also Passes TestingOn February 4, the 75-ton inverted gantry crane supporting the Mexico project also successfully completed its factory tests. As an important auxiliary unit for the single-girder launching gantry, this crane is primarily used for girder lifting and stacking in the beam yard. It features stable performance and excellent cost-effectiveness, providing reliable support for the overall construction process.

With the Lunar New Year approaching, project schedules were extremely tight, placing significant pressure on both design and production teams. To ensure timely delivery and successful completion of rigorous testing procedures, technical department engineers worked intensively to efficiently complete the entire process—from design optimization to detailed construction drawings. Meanwhile, the manufacturing team strictly followed design specifications and production schedules, overcoming multiple challenges to complete fabrication and assembly with high quality standards.
During the final commissioning and testing phase, the design, production, and quality inspection departments worked closely together, conducting thorough inspections and repeated verifications of every detail to ensure all equipment was delivered to the client in optimal condition.

The successful factory testing of multiple equipment units not only demonstrates our professional capabilities and collaborative efficiency in high-end equipment manufacturing but also highlights the dedication and responsibility of our team when facing demanding schedules. The trust and recognition of our clients remain the driving force behind our continuous progress.
Looking ahead, we will continue to uphold the spirit of craftsmanship and pursuit of excellence, continuously improving product performance and service quality while providing safer, more efficient, and more reliable construction equipment solutions for global clients.
