CUSTOMIZED EQUIPMENT FOR MEXICO PROJECT ENTERS FACTORY TESTING PHASE

Specialized equipment designed for the Mexico project has commenced factory trial assembly at our testing facility. The assembly process follows standardized operating procedures with multi-stage quality control checks.

The DJ50150 Single Beam Erector (rated for 50-meter span, 150-ton capacity girders) successfully underwent:

• ▶ 1.25× Static Load Test

• ▶ 1.1× Dynamic Load Test
  with client representatives observing via live video feed. Post-test disassembly has prepared the equipment for imminent shipment to Mexico in 40-foot containers.

The testing protocol aligns with international equipment certification requirements, contributing to global infrastructure development standards.
