Product Description:

  〓 PRODUCT OVERVIEW  

It is composed of a steel basin, a rubber seal and a PTFE slide plate, and is suitable for load transfer and multi-directional displacement adjustment of large-span bridges.

  〓 STRUCTURAL FEATURES  

Multi-layer composite structure: rubber layers (NR/CR) and Q235/Q345 steel plates are alternately stacked and vulcanized.

Elasticity and shear deformation: shear deformation can reach ±50mm, and rotation angle 0.01rad.

  〓 INSTALLATION POINTS  

Surface treatment: The flatness of the top surface of the pier is ≤ 2mm/m², and a 1:3 cement mortar leveling layer is laid.

Limit control: The gap of the lateral limit device is ≤ 3mm to prevent the bearing from slipping.

Direction control: The long side is parallel to the direction of the bridge expansion joint, and the longitudinal slope is allowed to be ≤ 2%.
