Product Description:

  〓 PRODUCT OVERVIEW  

It is composed of a steel basin, a rubber seal and a PTFE slide plate, and is suitable for load transfer and multi-directional displacement adjustment of large-span bridges.

  〓 STRUCTURAL FEATURES  

Three-way constraint design: the steel basin constrains the rubber body, and the compressive elastic modulus is increased to 5,000MPa.

Low-friction sliding system: The friction coefficient between the PTFE slide plate and the stainless steel plate is 0.03.

  〓 INSTALLATION POINTS  

Pad requirements: Concrete pad, flatness 1mm, embedded anchor hole diameter sleeve + 50mm.

Sliding surface protection: Apply silicone grease before installation, and the surface of the PTFE plate is prohibited from contacting oil stains.

Centering accuracy: The deviation between the center line of the support and the axis of the main beam is 5mm.
