Adaptive telescopic structure

Multi-directional displacement: horizontal telescopic ±100mm, vertical displacement ±15mm, rotation compensation ±2°.

Weather resistance: rubber elements have passed 3 million fatigue tests (-40℃ freezing + 80℃ baking cycle).

High load-bearing design

Steel beam skeleton: Q345D high-strength steel, hot-dip galvanized surface (thickness ≥85μm), salt spray test 2000 hours without rust.

Impact resistance: dynamic load 1000kN/m, static load 500kN/m (1.5 times the national standard).

Triple waterproof system

Surface layer: neoprene sealing strip, ozone aging resistance ≥50 years;

Middle layer: stainless steel water guide + drainage pipe, drainage volume ≥10L/(min·m) on rainy days;

Bottom layer: water-expanding waterstop, automatic expansion of 300% to fill the gap when water seeps in.

Noise reduction and shock absorption
