〓 EQUIPMENT PROFILE

The DJ Series Single Beam box girder erecting machine (Beam Erector) is a construction equipment independently developed by HCR. It is used for erecting prestressed reinforced concrete single-line box girders with spans of 32 meters and 700 tons or less on passenger dedicated lines.

The machine is mainly composed of a Main Beam, Curved beam, front and rear hoisting crane, Front Auxiliary Leg, Front Support, Rear Support, Rear Auxiliary Leg, electrical and control systems, hydraulic system, and other components.

This machine has several functions: the beam can move up and down, extend forward and backward, and sway laterally, adapting to both double-track and single-tracj box girder construction, achieving one-time placement of girders, and meeting the requirements of small curve girder erection. The rotation of the Rear Support with the Curved beam and the rotation of the column longitudinal beam with the upper crossbeam provide dual rotation capabilities to enable the bridge erecting machine to pass through tunnels. The adoption of gear-rack transmission ensures smooth operation of the extending boom and hoisting crane. The hoisting crane uses a five-star reducer, employing a four-point lifting and three-point balancing system, with additional final-stage braking to ensure safety. The large expansion of the column body facilitates beam erection on steep slopes, end-hole erection, and low-level bridge transfer, among other tasks.

When the machine is lowered to a low position, it can be transferred between bridges using a Beam Trolley vehicle or through a single-line box girder tunnel. Overall, this machine features rapid and convenient transportation and assembly, along with a high degree of automation.
