〓 PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Multi-directional rotation and displacement are achieved through spherical force transmission, suitable for large-span bridges with complex forces.
〓 STRUCTURAL FEATURES
Spherical contact: The spherical crown lining plate and the lower seat plate are matched with spherical surfaces, and the contact stress is ≤35MPa.
Multi-directional sliding system: two-way/three-way sliding type is optional, and the displacement is ±200~±400mm.

〓 INSTALLATION POINTS
Three-dimensional positioning: total station calibrates the center position of the ball, elevation error ≤ 1mm.
Anti-corrosion treatment: spherical chrome plating (thickness ≥ 50μm) or spraying epoxy resin.
